The resort is surrounded by beautiful mountains, clean air and incredible natural scenery. Cozy Deluxe cottages and luxurious two-storey Suite Chalets, designed in a modern chalet style, are available for accommodation. Spacious living rooms, comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens and balconies with beautiful views allow guests to feel as comfortable and free as possible.

Terms of stay
Check-in at Ahilsoy Resort is carried out after booking confirmation and payment according to the selected rate. We ask guests to follow the rules of accommodation and respect the comfort of other guests.
The resort is designed for a relaxing family and comfortable stay. The territory must be kept clean, take care of the resort's property and maintain public order.
Accommodation in cottages is allowed only according to the confirmed number of guests. Additional accommodation is only possible in consultation with the resort administration.
Guests are financially responsible for the damage caused to the resort's property.
The resort administration has the right to refuse accommodation to guests who violate the rules of accommodation, public order or create discomfort for other vacationers.
The resort reserves the right to change the rules of accommodation and terms of service without prior notice.

Free cancellation is possible no later than 3 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation less than 3 days before arrival, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be deducted. |
Cancellation policy
Advance payment is required to confirm the reservation at Ahilsoy Resort according to the booking conditions. After confirming the payment, the selected cottage and the dates of stay are recorded for the guest.
Free cancellation is possible no later than 3 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation less than 3 days before arrival or no-show, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be deducted.
When changing the dates of stay, the possibility of rescheduling the reservation is considered individually, depending on the workload of the resort and the availability of cottages.
The resort administration reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings if payment is not made within the prescribed time frame.
